Each supplier has been verified and checked and has received the quality stamp of approval for service, product and have entered into specific discounted price agreements for members of the collection. Group Procurement

Various group discounts and procurement agreements have been specifically negotiated for Crystal Collection members. Whilst Crystal is not prescriptive with your procurement regime, these suppliers have been quality audited and we are proud to be associated with their products and services.

Service Related Training

Continuous service related training in your business should be a critical priority. Crystal Collection members should adhere to the minimum service and standard requirements to the star grading of their properties. Special ongoing service modules are available for your establishment. Quality service could be your only differentiating factor. Specific training programmes are Theta as well as City & Guilds endorsed.

Human Resources

Crystal Collection members have 24 hour access to human resource advice and assistance. Enigma human resources specifically address industrial relations matters within your unit. From IR training to dealing with CCMA matters Enigma provides the solution. Enigma provides an initial gap analysis of each property and ensures minimum requirements are met. Thereafter a simple monthly retainer assures you of appropriate assistance.

Recruitment

Securing the right candidate for crucial positions can be time consuming, frustrating and costly. Crystal Collection has negotiated national (and international) rates with one supplier that provides not only quality candidates but at a rate that is considerably better than most suppliers.

Grading

All Crystal Collection establishments are required to be graded. This provides consistency and a sense of comfort to all its patrons and to the other establishments. Crystal has negotiated a specific agreement with one grading official, thereby ensuring that all the relevant criteria of each establishment follow one grading process.  Once again, preferential rates apply.

Guest Satisfaction

Crystal endorses the ability to objectively measure guest satisfaction at each of its properties. If you do not have a program in place we can advise and assist in the introduction of an online measurement system. In addition, this is an excellent management and performance tool.
